What is the difference between the Villa and the Estate?
Eleas Ikos Estate is the larger property, with six bedrooms, generous living spaces, a private wellness area, infinity pool and open-air cinema. Eleas Ikos Villa offers a more intimate stay, with its own rooms, facilities and character.
How do I secure my reservation?
You can enquire with us directly or book through one of our partner agencies, depending on the property and availability. Payment details are arranged according to your booking and will be provided by the agency handling your reservation, where applicable.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We offer flexibility whenever possible, depending on subsequent guest arrivals.
Are the villas suitable for children?
Absolutely. Our villas are designed for families, with high-end safety features and a dedicated infant equipment available upon request.
Are the villas pet-friendly?
Our villas do not accommodate pets, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and comfort for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
What services are included in housekeeping?
Daily light housekeeping is provided, ensuring your sanctuary remains pristine. Deep cleaning and linen changes occur every three days.
Can you arrange additional services or activities?
Guests are welcome to communicate any particular requests or preferences prior to or during their stay. We will be pleased to consider each request and, where possible, make the necessary arrangements.
