1. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Bookings for Eleas Ikos and our properties may be made directly with us or through one of our authorised partner agencies. Where a booking is handled by an agency, the agency’s booking terms and conditions will apply, and the relevant details regarding availability, payment schedules, deposits and other booking arrangements will be provided by the agency at the time of booking.
Where you enquire directly through our website, we will provide the relevant booking information and, where applicable, direct you to the appropriate agency handling your stay.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the booking arrangement and the agency through which the reservation is made. The applicable cancellation policy, including any applicable fees or amounts retained, will be communicated as part of the booking terms.
2. House Rules
To help ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, guests will receive a set of house instructions before their arrival, including practical information about the property, its facilities and the guidelines for enjoying the estate.
Guests are kindly asked to observe the quiet hours between 11 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and no unauthorised events or parties are permitted without prior written consent from the management.
The house instructions will also include the relevant contact details for the agency managing the booking and/or the owners, who will be available should guests need any assistance during their stay.
We want guests to feel at home while also taking care of the house and its surroundings.
3. Liability
A security deposit is required in accordance with the terms of the booking.
A check-in and check-out inspection is carried out for each stay to document the condition of the property and its contents. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings or other belongings during their stay.
Any damage identified at check-out that was not present at the time of check-in may be documented and assessed accordingly. Where applicable, the corresponding amount will be retained from the security deposit.
4. Data Privacy
